Based on the findings of an unannounced on-site federal certification complaint survey and state licensure complaint survey completed on March 15, 2023, Family Pillars Hospice Inc. was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C &; D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care.
